Adobe wants Creative Cloud's collection of tools to help students and teachers continue their educational activities from home. And for this, it is offering free access until May 31. 
We explain how schools can apply for these temporary licenses to use them from home for free. 
Many companies are offering their services and products for free so that users continue with their study routine or work from home during the quarantine. In a previous article, we collected 14 programs that are offered for free for the duration of the coronavirus crisis.

Following this line, Adobe also wants to contribute its tools and it does so in different ways. One of them is providing special licenses for Creative Cloud
How to request free access to Creative Cloud
This request cannot be made individually, so the academic institution will be responsible for managing this process if it meets this requirement: 
To be eligible for this access, your school, college or university must be a current educational customer with a device license plan, shared equipment license or serial number agreement. 
With this in mind, the IT administrator will have to complete the form found at this link in order for Adobe to analyze the request. Once the license is approved and granted, the administrator will be able to add all the users he needs, either using the email of each one, through a CSV file or using automatic synchronization.

Then it only remains for students and teachers added for access to install the latest versions of Creative Cloud desktop apps on their computers. On the other hand, Adobe will also offer free 90-day access to Adobe Connect, a tool for conducting online conferences.
