Veronica is one of the jewels in Paco Plaza'scareer, a delight for horror movie lovers. The delicacy with which the author has brought this story to life based on real cases, mixed with the protagonist, the actress Sandra Escacena made this film delight critics and the public alike.

The history of Veronica has its origins in two police cases that occurred in the Madrid neighborhood of Vallecas and that have served as a study work for the paranormal events program of Iker Jiménez as our colleagues from Hobby Consolas tell using this report.

IT (2017)
If there's a king of terror in literature, that's Steven King, it's worth the redundancy. Movies pick up better or worse the essence of books, but they would have to be too bad not to be half as scary as novels. This is not the case with the new adaptation of the scariest clown in history.

It is composed in this new two-chapter installment, the first being on HBO, while the second, released in 2019, is on Movistar+. They'll soon be together on some platform, while, if you're an HBO subscriber, you can revel in this bold, epic, bloody first part that, for horror movie fans, begins to pick up the witness to the great classics of this genre.

Hereditary
Within the horror cinema of the last decade, Hereditary has earned its place at the top. The film has been praised by Scorsese, no more, no less. Her mix of esotericism and gore has made her a favorite of many.

Toni Collette plays this mother who sees her life fall apart overnight, there is no rest in this woman's tragedy. Horror scenes are breathy and wrapped in a tension that barely lets you breathe. We're not going to reveal any more details, you're going to have to go into their plot for adventure.

Insidious
Insidious became so successful that it has already become a renowned saga within the horror genre. You could even say that its sequel becomes even scarier than to spend half a movie looking at your hands to avoid the screen.

James Wan can already boast of having created one of the classics of the 21st century. This haunted house is a gift designed to the millimeter to please lovers of commercial horror cinema, but without excesses, a product built with a simple budget, but with great detail.

Suspiria
Suspiria was a great success of Italian cinema, this film now returns in a new version with a heart attack cast. Tilda Swinton, Dakota Johnson, and Chloé Grace Moretz are some of the best-known faces in this new Suspiria.

It is not a modern copy to use, but a reinterpretation of Luca Guadagnino who saw the film as a teenager. The plot remains intact with a dancer who enters a ballet academy where strange situations begin to pass and she will be renamed in a world of witchcraft. The 1977 version is also in Prime Video and Filmin, so you can make your own comparison.

A quiet place
They go so far as to explain to John Krasinski, director, and actor in this film, what was going to happen in 2020 and I wouldn't have believed it, him, and almost anyone else. But his horror tape is set in this fateful year and there is also a threat that is killing much of humanity. The similarities are subtle, but enough to add an extra horror to this already distressing tape.

In this case, the threat comes in the form of creatures that they cannot see, but have a hypersensitive sense of hearing. The slightest noise can mean death. Watching Emily Blunt give birth in a bathtub trying not to make any noise despite the pain is the sum of horror and panic this film offers.

  • Duración: 90 min.
