The Google program to help SMEs in cybersecurity starts in Madrid | Web24 News

If the world wants to migrate to telework it is important that it knows the risks, and for this nothing like doing a Cybersecurity course in Telework.

This was thought by the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE), an institution that has developed, together with Google, a certified and free course for companies and workers.

With the title "Protect Your Business: Cybersecurity in Telework", it is available in learndigital-staging.withgoogle.com, in Spanish.

The course is composed of short videos with easy-to-understand explanations, so anyone can do it, regardless of their level of digital culture. There are a total of 4 modules, in MOOC format, to offer a solid introduction that addresses the key aspects to be able to work in a more digital world without risk (or at least minimize them).

The idea is to protect people and businesses from cyberattacks. On the one hand, the privacy of users, but also confidential documents of companies that, from now on, will be managed from home.

The modules are :

– Introduction to telework: with the main threats to companies.
– Secure telework for the employer: with tricks to access remotely safely, defining it to the Data Protection Act.
– Safe telework for the employee: To know how the company's resources should be used responsibly and safely.
– Fraud and Incidents: To identify deceptions and threats that can put data at risk.

At the end of the exam, a certificate endorsed by both INCIBE and Google is obtained.
