THE EMUI 11 beta arrives in Europe: available for Huawei P40 and Mate 30

Huawei EMUI 11 beta recruitment for P40, Mate 30, & MatePad Pro series

EMUI 11 was officially introduced in early September, as the new version of the Huawei phone interface. After its introduction, the first beta was released in some markets, although no dates were given for its release in Spain. This is coming because this beta is released for the Huawei P40 and Mate 30 in Europe.

Having already launched in China, Huawei is preparing for the deployment of EMUI 11 in Europe. The first devices to access it, as usual, are their latest high-end models. In this case, it is the Huawei P40 and Mate 30 first.

EMUI 11 begins deployment in Europe
The full range of the Huawei P40 (P40, P40 Pro, and P40 Pro Plus) as well as the Huawei Mate 30 Pro already have access to this first EMUI 11 beta that is finally released in Europe. This deployment has already started in several countries in Europe, such as Germany and Britain. Also, it seems that it has also started to be deployed in Spain, so if you have one of these models, you should soon have access.

This new version has the serial number 11.0.0.118 and weighs approximately 2.3 GB, as you may already know. Users must be part of the Chinese brand's beta program to obtain it. The update is being deployed using an OTA, as is common in these cases. So users who are part of it just have to wait for it to launch.

EMUI 11 introduced several new features, such as customizing Always on Display, minimizing floating windows, better integration between tones and vibration, a better gallery, and launching MeeTime in new markets. So users in Spain will be able to access these features with this first beta.

Deployment has already begun, so it's only a matter of hours before more users in Europe start accessing this first EMUI 11 beta on their phones. For now, it is limited to these models, but it is expected that in future betas it will be released for more devices.
