The Galaxy A70 is updated with improvements to the Galaxy Note 20

The Galaxy A70 is one of the most outstanding models in Samsung's mid-range, available in Spain since last year. The phone was released with Android Pie on the market, but I got a long time ago the upgrade to Android 10, which had certain problems. Samsung releases a new update for the device, in this case, its customization layer.

This is One UI 2.5, the version of Samsung's interface that arrived with the Galaxy Note 20, which is now released for this Galaxy A70. This update is officially starting its deployment in Europe, so users in Spain with their phone will soon have it.

Galaxy A70 upgrades to One UI 2.5

Before this Galaxy A70, other Samsung phones have also obtained the upgrade to One UI 2.5. Models such as the Galaxy A51, Galaxy Note 9 or Galaxy S10. This update starts to reach more models within the mid-range of the brand and begins its European deployment in Ukraine, where it is already being launched.

The update is serially numbered at A705FNXXU5CTK4 and also comes with the November 2020 security patch. The weight of this update for the device weighs 1,421 MB as you might know. If deployment in Ukraine goes smoothly, it will expand into more countries in Europe.

Thanks to this update to One UI 2.5, the Galaxy A70 gets many of the new features that became official with the Galaxy Note 20 last August. If you have this phone, when the update is available you will receive a notification. It should not take too long to occur, although it will depend on how the deployment in Ukraine evolves.
