Filtered many of the new features of Android 12 that will soon reach your mobile

Android 12 podría actualizarse a través de la Play Store

While Android 12 already has a previous developer release that has released details about the new operating system that Google will release in the last quarter of the year, Mountain View's have still booked a few announcements that they will presumably offer at its developer conference, scheduled for May 18-20.

XDA media now has an unreleased preview version of Android 12 that unveils new features that might be available in an upcoming preview.

There are new features related to scrolling screenshots, a new shortcut to invoke the voice assistant, support for the latest emoji, a new panel for volume and brightness, exclusive animations, and even a new privacy treatment, among other things.

One thing that has caught quite the eye of this unreleased preview is that scrolling screenshots are now much better compared to the previous version in development. Now we are allowed to choose which part of the screen we want to capture instead of having to scroll manually along with it.

As far as the new version of App Pairs is concerned, a feature that allows us to open two applications at once with a simple shortcut, in this new version, it is now possible to change the position of the applications by double-tapping the border between them.

On the shortcut to invoke the voice assistant, in this case, it would be by holding down the power button, something that different phone manufacturers are already using and that could now reach natively on this operating system.

There are other minor features like a new quick setup tile, a dual-panel home screen for tablets, a search bar in the widget picker, and also support for the latest emojis.

One feature you're going to use quite a bit is the new volume panel with buttons and control that matches the system theme that has currently been activated. The brightness slider has also been refreshed.

About the issue of privacy, we will have new indications of access to the clipboard that warn the user when an application accesses the data or text that has been copied.

Enhanced notification permission will also be released so that we can adjust access to notifications for each of the different apps. One of these apps would be that of Android Auto that needs to transmit your notifications to another screen or device.
